Hotel Policy

It´s important to us that each Guest is given appropriate information to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Here you can find details of our Hotel Policies on items such as Check-In/Check-Out times, Cancellations, Payment, and much more. For additional details, please contact the hotel and speak to one of our helpful Team Members.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-In Time 2:00 pm (1400 hrs)
Check-Out Time 12:00 pm (1200 hrs)
Late Check-Out Fee Before 6:00 PM:  50% of the existing room rate
After 6:00PM :  full room rate applies.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy 72 hours and above prior to arrival date (i.e. check-in date): For confirmed or guaranteed bookings/reservations, a 25% administration fee on the total room charge will be levied.

Below 72 hours prior to the arrival date (i.e. check-in date): For confirmed or guaranteed bookings/reservations, strictly no refunds.
Shortened / Break stay In the event of a shortened stay, break stay or early departure, no refund shall be accorded for prepaid online bookings / reservations.
Day Use Day Use Room is available from 11:00am to 6:00pm and charge is based on 20% of the published room rate.

A collection of RM300.00 per night as compulsory deposit upon check-in either by Cash or Credit Card verification.

Other Payment Policy

Your credit card will automatically be charged the total amount for the whole duration of your stay once your booking / reservation is confirmed.

A Confirmation Code will be issued for confirmed bookings / reservations. Likewise, a Cancellation Code will be issued for cancellation of booking/reservation. If you were not issued one, please insist on it in order to prevent any unintended misunderstandings in the future.

In order to enjoy the Special Internet Rates, online bookings / reservations must be made within 48 hours prior to the actual date of arrival (i.e. check-in date).

Online booking / reservation submitted does not automatically confirm a booking / reservation until one receives an official confirmation letter with a confirmation code.

Parking Policy Parking spots are pre-allotted in Marina Court Resort Condominium (MCRC).

In Promenade Service Apartments (PSA); Basement parking space for in-house guest (RM2.00nett per vehicle/entry).
House Rules (for Marina Court Resort Condominium)

The condominium management will only open one entry/exit point for security control purposes. Therefore, your co-operation is highly appreciated by adhering to our security measures for the comfort of everyone staying in this condominium and not jumping over the fence.

The comfortable number of persons per unit is six (6). However, it could accommodate up to a maximum of eight (8) persons with two (2) chargeable extra beds.

Every unit is allocated one (1) parking space per duration of stay. Therefore, please be considerate and park at your own allocated parking space

As a common courtesy gesture to other Marina Court Resort Condominium guests and tenants, kindly refrain from making noise after 12am.

Linens & Towels
Bathroom
Help us in our efforts to reduce water, energy consumption as well as detergent.
  • Please hang up your towels (in the bathroom) which you will use again.
  • Towels on the floor will be replaced

  • Sila gantungkan tuala jika anda ingin menggunakan tuala itu semula
  • Tuala yang diletakkan di lantai akan ditukar

 

BEDROOM
Our standard is to change your bed linen every third day of your stay and again at check-out. If you wished your linens to be changed in between, kindly contact Housekeeping Department at ext. 150 or 157 for assistance. Thank you for your consideration.

Standard kami adalah menukar linen katil anda hanya pada setiap hari ketiga dari penginapan anda dan sekali lagi semasa mendaftar keluar. Jika anda ingin linen anda ditukar pada hari tersebut, sila hubungi Housekeeping di sambungan 150/157 untuk bantuan. Terima kasih di atas pertimbangan anda.
Do Not Disturb
Kindly arrange with the front desk if you wish your stay not to be disturbed. If you require any amenities or others service please contact Housekeeping at Ext: 150&157

Smoking Policy
Smoking in this room will result in a RM200 cleaning fee.

Caj pembersihan sebanyak RM200 akan dikenakan jika anda didapati merokok di dalam bilik.
Cleaning Equipments
Your unit is equipped with mop, broom and dust pan for your complimentary use making your room clean.

Kelengkapan pembersihan seperti mop, penyapu dan penyodok sampah telah disediakan untuk kegunaan anda.

Dear Guests, we have the appliances on loan with deposit to be paid.
